Posted on 03 February 2012

If you’ve been listening to me for the last few months, you will have noticed some big changes.

In fact you may NOT have noticed the changes themselves, but noticed how much faster results are coming for both members of Storm Force Fitness and of the Guernsey Fitness Camp.

So what’s the secret?

Guernsey Health

Posted on 14 January 2012

Before reading this article, please understand that this is not a personal attack on anyone, more a venting of frustration after an offer of help to to the island. I don’t wish to try to bring down any one or group of individuals more to show Joe Public how closed-minded and stuck in the past [...]

Making Nutrition Easier

Posted on 11 January 2012

You may have noticed the Guernsey Fitness Camp is getting pretty popular!
I believe (and hope as it’s what I’ve been trying to build every day for the last 18 months!) that this is down to three things.

What’s The Healthiest Alcoholic Drink?

Posted on 31 August 2011

What’s the best drink to have when trying to lose weight? What’s the healthiest – beer or wine? Is a shot better than a pint? This is one of those articles I don’t like to write but feel a need to!

Learning To Eat – Again!

Posted on 31 August 2011

There’s been a lot of focus on nutrients for the past several decades, trans-fats, saturated fats, simple/bad carbs, complex/good carbs…all in place of ‘the whole.’ Where has that approach taken us? What Food Cravings Mean

Posted on 07 August 2011

I’m on my way to being a millionaire.
Just as soon as I can convince every person who says ‘I need carbs’ to give me £1 every time they say it.
Last October, I was in a small town in the middle of nowhere last year as we cycled across America.
I’d just screwed up reading the map [...]
