A Calorie is Not a Calorie

Many people find it hard to imagine that you can take two diets identical in calories, differing in macronutrient makeup — say high carb vs. ultra-low carb — and lose more weight with one than the other. Or better yet, gain weight with one and lose weight with the other. A calorie is a calorie right?

New Fitness Bootcamp Classes For Guernsey

Following the continued expansion and popularity of the Guernsey Fitness Camp, we are adding more sessions to the timetable!
There will now be an additional GFC Express 2 day per week camp on Tues and Thurs mornings 0645-0745 at our fitness camp headquarters at the Indoor Cricket Ground.

I think they got this wrong anyway because from the looks on people’s faces driving down the Grange at 0830 on a weekday I think it’s more like 82%.
